For almost 8 hours, the 5 competing teams addressed the issues of French NGO Respect Zone, which fights against cyber-bullying and cyber-violence. Participants were asked to devise a communications campaign targeting 16 to 25 year olds and influencing their online behaviour, resulting in a general drop in violent acts on the Internet.

After a 5-minute presentation and a Q&A session with the jury – made of 18 French agencies leaders and chaired by Isabelle Wolf – Caroline Floch and Mehdy Taleb Rivière were declared winners thanks to a bold campaign offering a second chance to haters by giving them the possibility to remove their hateful comments after facing a relevant influencer.

For the next two months, the Public Relations Professionals Association (SCRP) will provide the duo with a series of intense training enabling them to match the standards and expectancies of the Cannes jury. Public speaking, elevator pitch, smart slides and creative idea will be addressed in order to make sure Euros / Agency comes in prepared on 17, 18 and 19 June.
