Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Affaires publiques de l’agence, le conseiller ou la conseillère stagiaire sera principalement en charge de l’organisation quotidienne de l’offre de veille institutionnelle, sous la supervision des responsables de la cellule de veille. 

Par ailleurs, il/elle suivra tout au long de son stage un à deux dossiers clients et interviendra ponctuellement en soutien sur divers sujets, en lien avec les autres membres de l’équipe à Paris. 

Les tâches principales sont les suivantes :

  • Veille politique, législative et réglementaire ;
  • Réalisation de notes (briefings, articles, argumentaires, etc.) et de cartographies d’acteurs ; 
  • Participation à des réunions extérieures et/ou des conférences. 

Les langues de travail sont l’anglais et le français.

Required profile

Etudiant(e) en Affaires Publiques ou formation équivalente, vous disposez d’une excellente connaissance des paysages politiques et économiques, de leurs acteurs, ainsi que d’une solide culture économique. 

Vous avez passé au moins un an à l’étranger et disposez d’une expérience dans le secteur privé, au sein d’institutions françaises ou étrangères sur des problématiques d’influence, de stratégies d’affaires publiques et de gestion de dossiers complexes (projets législatifs et réglementaires stratégiques, secteurs régulés, grands enjeux industriels, etc.). 

Et, en plus d’être talentueux(se), vous êtes particulièrement sympa.

Reporting to the Europe department in Brussels, the advisor will be responsible for assisting the teams in conducting public affairs and communication campaigns for the agency’s clients: governments, companies, associations and other international organisations. 

He/she will be supported by a team of about ten people under the supervision of the department managers. The working languages are English and French. 

 

Within a fast-growing agency, he or she will be responsible for :

  • Political, regulatory and legislative monitoring
  • Production of notes (briefings, articles, arguments, etc.) and mapping of key players
  • Participation in external meetings and/or conferences
  • Direct involvement in client accounts and participation in internal and client meetings 
  • Participation in one of the committees designed to animate the life of the agency

 

Following the internship and according to the evaluation by the managers, a possibility to remain within the agency as a consultant may be offered.

Integrated to the EUPA (European Public Affairs – Public Diplomacy) department in Brussels, the Senior Advisor will be responsible for conducting public affairs and communication campaigns on behalf of the agency’s clients (governments, private companies, associations and other organisations), as well as for managing client accounts. 

He or she will be part of a team of approximately 15 people, working under the supervision of the department’s managers. The working languages are English and French. 

Within a fast-growing agency, he or she will be responsible for the following tasks 

  • Day-to-day strategic and operational advice
  • Strategic and operational management of European public affairs campaigns 
  • Definition of influence strategies at European level
  • Drafting of public affairs documents (position papers, letters, requests for meetings, amendments, responses to public consultations, etc.)
  • Team management and supervision
  • Day-to-day client relationship
  • Participation in the commercial development of the agency in Brussels

Required profile

You have impeccable writing and interpersonal skills, a thorough knowledge of the European institutional ecosystem and of the current European issues, as well as an interest in political and institutional communication. You have at least 5 years of experience in European public affairs. You are organised and ideally already have experience in project and/or team management. You are able to manage several tasks with conflicting deadlines, while remaining rigorous at all times. You like human contact and particularly enjoy working in a team. You will also be able to work in a team environment and be able to contribute to the positioning of the division and the agency in the Brussels market.
