Directement rattaché(e) à la Directrice générale adjointe en charge de l’administration et des finances, l’Assistant(e) comptable sera principalement en charge de la comptabilité et de la facturation. L’Assistant(e) comptable sera également amené(e) à assister la Directrice générale adjointe sur un périmètre plus large ainsi qu’à collaborer étroitement avec l’Office Manager et l’Assistant administratif. Le poste est basé à Paris et les langues de travail sont le français et l’anglais.
Les tâches principales de l’Assistant(e) comptable sont les suivantes :

Within the agency’s CORP division, the consultant will support several projects in collaboration with other team members, but also with consultants from other divisions of the Group.
He/she will work on online and offline brand communication strategies in earned media, for national and international companies in various sectors: travel, new technologies, design, gastronomy, sports, etc. The working languages, both written and spoken, are 50% English and 50% French.
Within a fast-growing agency, he or she will manage several client accounts and will also participate in the development of the client portfolio for the division.
The main tasks of the consultant are the following:
You have good writing skills, a thorough knowledge of the media landscape, particularly audiovisual, and of the functioning of social networks. You have at least six months of experience in an agency, in a firm or with an advertiser. You are organized and have already managed one or more projects involving a multi-channel approach: media relations, relations with influential personalities, social network management, etc. You are also aware of market trends and have experience in business development. You are passionate about the consulting business and you have an appetite for creating a privileged client relationship. Last but not least, you are friendly and want to take part in a collective adventure.
