Develop relations between a global tech leader and the French authorities

Oracle

CHALLENGES

Euros / Agency Group client since 2019, Oracle is a world leader in database and cloud management. At a time when digital sovereignty issues are crystallizing debates in France and Europe, Oracle is deploying a high-level influence strategy to promote its activities in providing secure infrastructure and cloud solutions. Faced with massive competition on the market, Oracle also wants to be identified as an opinion leader on the issues of move-to-cloud for businesses and government agencies, solution interoperability and data security.

APPROACH

  • Definition of a strategy enabling Oracle to meet key decision-makers, experts and high-level stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and contributing to Government and Parliament discussions and initiatives, as well as to the development of legislative and regulatory frameworks: for example, the Digital Law (SREN, 2024) and the Military Programming Law (2024).
  • Support and advice on participation in high-level events, in France and abroad, to disseminate Oracle’s positions.

RESULTS

  • Organization of more than 15 high-level meetings per year with members of successive Governments and legislatures, as well as with government agencies.
  • Organization of approximately one ministerial visit / year to Oracle headquarters in the USA.
  • Organization of and contribution to several events.
  • Identification as an opinion leader in the cloud and cybersecurity fields via regular informal meetings with specialist political journalists (Contexte, Politico, Acteurs Publics).
