CHALLENGES
Vinted is Europe’s leading player in the second-hand sector. The company’s management initially entrusted Euros / Agency Group with the task of helping them structure the company’s public affairs. We then extended our support to corporate communications and corpsumer, so as to be able to deploy a coherent strategy in the key French market.
APPROACH
Initially (2020-2022): design and deployment of Vinted’s first public affairs roadmap. Structuring of messages and the political and institutional network, and specific support during the Covid crisis.
From 2022: implementation of a global influence strategy articulating public affairs and communications, to maximize the reach of Vinted’s messages. Managing Liefstyle and “Corpsumer” PR.
RESULTS
- A well-established public affairs function and links with all stakeholders in the public debate.
- Corporate communication consistent with current legal and regulatory issues, and relations with all key media.
- Regular and successful speaking engagements, for example on Vinted’s Climate Impact Report or the Second Hand Observatory.
