CHALLENGES
We accompanied Procivis and its President Yannick Borde in a particularly strategic context for the network: resolution of the CIF, construction of the government’s housing strategy, reform of social housing, signature of a new draft agreement with the State. In this context, it was important to defend the interests of Procivis, to develop its capacity of influence and to reinforce its visibility.
APPROACH
- We positioned Procivis as a constructive (but demanding) partner of the government.
- We have valued its role as a social actor (facilitating access to property and improving housing conditions)
- As a link between private real estate and social housing with a strong territorial component, Procivis was able to reinforce its institutional weight and bring all its expertise to the construction of public policies.
RESULTS
- No reconsideration of the financial conditions of the CIF resolution
- Signature of the new 2018-2022 agreement with the State
- Consideration of the interests and positions defended by Procivis within the framework of the different legislative periods (PLF, PJL Elan, PPL centres-villes, etc.)
- Update of the network’s positioning and drafting of related content
- Reinforcement of the presence of the network and its President in the media
- Strengthening of the links with the members of the network.
