Every year, Euros / Agency Group undertakes a pro bono mission with a strong societal impact, and in 2026, our choice resolutely fell upon the NGO Bibliothèques Sans Frontières (BSF) to carry its voice to the heart of the European ecosystem. From our Brussels office, we are putting our public affairs expertise at the service of this leading organisation to transform its operational roots into powerful institutional advocacy within the European Union.

Necessary influence to meet societal challenges

In a context marked by persistent socio-economic inequalities, multiple crises, and growing digital divides, access to culture, education, and reliable information for the most vulnerable populations represents a global challenge of unprecedented scale. Faced with these crucial issues, Bibliothèques Sans Frontières stands out as a leading player, deploying innovative and measurable solutions in around thirty countries worldwide, including France.

However, to maximise the impact of its actions and respond to contemporary crises in a systemic way, the organisation feels the need to go beyond fieldwork alone to truly influence public policies on a large scale. The European Union, as a decision-making centre shaping major directions in international solidarity, inclusion, and the protection of fundamental rights, is the essential level to reach. BSF’s ambition is thus to significantly increase its European institutional footprint in order to directly promote its vision and recommendations to policymakers.

A public affairs strategy deployed by our Brussels office

To make this ambition a reality, Euros / Agency Group is deploying a bespoke advocacy strategy, tailored to the highly specific workings of the European Union. Our core mission is to support Bibliothèques Sans Frontières in establishing itself as a key technical partner, systematically listened to and consulted by European institutions during the drafting of directives and programmes.

To ensure the success of this project, our agency structures its intervention around three complementary strands of action:

  • Decoding the issues: our experts analyse the legislative landscape in real time and navigate the complexity of the Brussels associative ecosystem, thus offering the NGO perfect clarity regarding its key players.
  • Activating strategic levers: we identify the most relevant opportunities, such as participating in workshops, joining specialised working groups, or organising bilateral discussions to integrate BSF into decision-making circles.
  • Building alliances: we are committed to building a sustainable and qualified network of European partners around the NGO’s values.

Thanks to this proven methodology, Euros / Agency Group structures and propels the voice of Bibliothèques Sans Frontières. The objective is clear: to provide concrete solutions to major themes such as migration, the development of a truly inclusive digital environment, and the guarantee of access to knowledge for as many people as possible.
