CHALLENGES
The Gabonese Strategic Investment Fund (FGIS), established in 2012, manages the portfolio of the Sovereign Fund of the Gabonese Republic. Despite its central role in Gabon’s institutional landscape, FGIS previously lacked an official communication strategy.
Following the recent appointment of a new CEO, FGIS engaged Euros / Agency Africa to help initiate a renewed communication strategy and boost its visibility.
APPROACH
- Defined a multichannel communication strategy for FGIS, encompassing traditional media, social media, and events.
- Revamped all communication materials.
- Organized high-level engagement plans.
RESULTS
- Implementation of local, pan-African, and international public relations efforts
- Positioned the CEO at major industry events
- Developed a clear and cohesive narrative, along with structured communication materials for the Fund and its subsidiaries
- Achieved pan-African visibility for FGIS, with leadership represented at all key events
