On Wednesday, December 3, Euros / Agency Group inaugurated the E/A Security Club during a launch breakfast. This new meeting aims to structure the dialogue between public and private stakeholders in the sector and to decipher the political challenges and opportunities for the companies concerned.

The Club is led by Christian Rodriguez, former Director-General of the National Gendarmerie (Gendarmerie nationale) and Senior Advisor at Euros / Agency Group.

The E/A Security Club: An Ecosystem for Ideas and Influence

Security has today become a major concern for citizens, ranking high among the priorities of the French public. It occupies an increasing place in electoral programs and is set to become a central theme in the upcoming municipal and presidential elections. In this context, companies in the sector have a real window of opportunity.

The E/A Security Club was launched with the ambition of creating a place for strategic reflection and influence. It structures a regular space for exchange, allowing public and private decision-makers to compare their experiences, decipher political dynamics, and anticipate legislative, regulatory, and economic developments impacting their organizations. It addresses all private security stakeholders (companies and federations), covering various fields such as cybersecurity, surveillance devices, private security companies, law enforcement equipment, Artificial Intelligence solutions, and fiduciary security.

The Club hosts a bimonthly meeting, led by high-level speakers from institutional, economic, research, and media circles.

Each session is designed to offer:

  • A strategic analysis of political and territorial trends related to security.

  • Economic and legislative monitoring on relevant texts, reforms, and market opportunities dedicated to the sector.

  • A confidential exchange space fostering mutual understanding between public and private security actors.

The initiative positions itself as a collective tool for monitoring, anticipation, and cooperation, serving a more integrated and prospective approach to security issues in France. Municipality 2026: The Security Test for Elected Officials

The Club’s first edition brought together high-level personalities for a discussion focused on preparing for the municipal elections, in a context where security has become a central concern.

The debate featured Christian Rodriguez, former Director-General of the National Gendarmerie (DGGN) and Senior Advisor at Euros / Agency Group, and Brice Soccol, political scientist and essayist specializing in local politics. The discussion was moderated by Donatienne Brillant, Director of the French Public Affairs department.

The discussions highlighted several key findings:

  • A more diffuse and multifaceted feeling of insecurity is now at the heart of electoral priorities.

  • Increased expectations are placed on mayors, who are increasingly positioning themselves as key actors in the security response.

  • Concrete innovations and solutions presented at major events, such as the Milipol Paris exhibition, are set to become indispensable levers for elected officials.

  • A structural question remains: the distribution of roles and resources between the State, local authorities, and local forces.

These initial discussions lay solid foundations for the continuation of the Club’s work during upcoming thematic sessions.
