CHALLENGES
Procivis and its president, Yannick Borde, were supported by Euros / Agency Group in a particularly strategic context for the network: the resolution of Crédit Immobilier de France, the development of the government’s housing strategy, the reform of social housing, and the signing of a new convention project with the State. In this context, it was essential to advocate for Procivis’s interests, enhance its influence, and strengthen its visibility.
APPROACH
Procivis was positioned as a constructive (yet demanding) partner to the government, with its role as a social actor highlighted, facilitating access to homeownership and improving housing conditions.
As a bridge between private real estate and social housing with a strong territorial focus, Procivis was able to strengthen its institutional influence and contribute its full expertise to the development of public policy.
RESULTS
- No reconsideration of the financial terms in the resolution of Crédit Immobilier de France
- Signing of the new 2018-2022 agreement with the State
- Inclusion of Procivis’s interests and positions in various legislative processes (PLF, ELAN bill, City Center bill, etc.)
- Update of the network’s positioning and development of relevant content
- Enhanced media presence for the network and its President
- Strengthened connections with network members
