Mathieu Collet

President & Founder

An entrepreneur at heart, Mathieu Collet has built a unique career at the crossroads of politics, media, NGOs, and the corporate world. As the founder of Euros / Agency Group, he currently oversees the group’s strategy and global development.

Throughout his career, Mathieu has advised dozens of French and international leaders across a wide range of sectors, specializing in high-level government relations, crisis management, and reputation strategy. He has developed deep expertise in the fields of infrastructure, technology, mobility, education, and social relations.

His professional journey began working for Member of Parliament Michel Destot, before moving to Brussels. There, he collaborated with MEP Gilles Savary, represented the interests of the SNCF, and contributed to the work of several think tanks, including the Jacques Delors Institute. Upon returning to Paris, he served as a Consulting Director within a strategic communications firm.

Mathieu was a pioneer of the blogging boom in the mid-2000s, creating one of the most influential blogs on European affairs. This venture led him to manage a media outlet dedicated to European policies in five languages and to lead an NGO bringing together communication and academic professionals, establishing strong networks across the continent.

Passionate about international relations, economics, and gastronomy, he has also taught European affairs and political communication.

Mathieu holds degrees in Public Law and from Sciences Po Grenoble, as well as a Master’s in Political Science and a Master’s in European Studies from the University of Louvain (Belgium) and the University of Krakow (Poland).

Mathilde Bordron

Managing Director

Recognized for her expertise in strategic influence, corporate communication, and public affairs, Mathilde Bordron has over 20 years of experience advising organizations on their reputation and social acceptance challenges, particularly within regulated sectors.

Mathilde Bordron previously served as Health Director for France at Edelman (2024–2025), where she guided key players in the healthcare sector by mobilizing the agency’s full range of capabilities and expertise.

From 2020 to 2024, she created and developed the Influence practice at Saper Vedere, advising organizations on analyzing their communication environment and developing their social acceptability strategies. She also held the position of Director of Public Affairs and Communication at JUUL Labs.

From 2006 to 2019, she held various responsibilities at FleishmanHillard Paris, notably as Senior Vice-President and Corporate Affairs Practice Director. During this period, she advised major players on stakeholder management and sensitive issues. Her experience was built working with key actors in the healthcare, chemistry, agriculture, and innovation sectors. She also developed solid expertise in the coordination of multi-market campaigns.

Mathilde Bordron holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication from ESC Toulouse and ISIT. She is also a guest lecturer at CELSA Masters programme.

Jonathan Bros

Partner, Vice-President

Jonathan is a renowned expert in strategic communication and influence. He advises senior executives from leading corporations and institutions on matters of image, reputation, and transformation.

Alongside his consulting work, he teaches corporate communication and new forms of mobilization at Sciences Po Paris and CELSA, where he provides students with an approach rooted in contemporary economic and societal realities.

Born in Sierra Leone and raised as an expat, he holds dual French and British nationality. His open-mindedness stems from his international background and a passion for world cuisine, particularly African gastronomy. A graduate of Westminster Business School in London with a master’s in marketing and communication, and a bachelor’s in macroeconomics, he has a keen interest in behavioral economics and its application to influence communication.

Previously, Jonathan was the CEO of Proches, an agency specializing in public affairs and communication, and directed the Brand BU at TBWACorporate. He also worked at Ogilvy London in strategic planning and at Publicis Conseil as International Accounts Director. He has advised leading companies and institutions such as Applied Materials, Thales, Saint-Gobain, Groupama, and the French Army, as well as major technology players like Google, Accenture, Believe, Snap Inc., and Djust, on their corporate communication and strategic positioning challenges.

Jérémy Seeman

Partner, Director of Communications Departments

For almost 15 years, Jérémy has been helping organisations to protect their reputation.

Jérémy began his career at the French National Assembly as a parliamentary assistant to Frédéric Lefebvre, MP for Hauts-de-Seine, where he acquired in-depth knowledge of public institutions and influence issues. He then joined a number of communications consultancies (Vae Solis, Fleishman Hillard, Omnicom), developing solid expertise in assisting senior executives and organisations, both national and international, with crisis communications, public affairs and corporate communications. He has managed assignments for clients in a wide range of sectors including agri-food, health, industry, tech and transport.
Before joining Euros / Agency Group, Jérémy held the position of Consulting Director at BCW, within the Crisis and Public Affairs division. There, he advised clients on the management of their sensitive and transformational issues, with prestigious references including Danone, Bridgestone, Novartis, Axa and Clearpay. Jéremy is fluent in French and English.
At Euros / Agency Group, Jérémy stands out for his expertise in crisis communication, enabling his clients to navigate through sensitive situations and reputational challenges. He also assists companies with their corporate communications and strategy development. His references include IEP Grenoble, Nutridry, Axon and Aqualung.

Caroline Laborde

Partner, Chief Financial Officer

An expert in HR and financial management, Caroline also brings her entrepreneurial experience to the agency.

After managing sales teams as Regional Director in the pharmaceutical industry (at Pfizer and then Glaxo), Caroline created and managed a large stud farm for racehorses and sport horses. She worked for nearly 15 years for leaders in financial information and credit insurance such as Dun & Bradstreet and Euler Hermes. She thus became an expert in credit management, as a consultant, before creating her own consulting firm.
Wishing to expand her financial skills, Caroline then combined expertise and passion, becoming the administrative and financial manager of the French subsidiary of an Emirati conglomerate specializing in high-level equestrian sports.

Salaheddine Mezouar

President, Euros / Agency AFRICA

A well-known and highly respected figure in Moroccan political and economic circles, Salaheddine ensures the development of Euros / Agency Africa.

He oversees the agency’s activities on the African continent, advises clients and supports the Euros / Agency Africa team on a daily basis. Salaheddine has a wealth of experience in the private sector in Morocco and Tunisia. In the early 2000s, he chaired the Moroccan Association of Textile and Clothing Industries, as well as the Textile and Leather Federation within the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises – a Confederation which he also headed a few years later, between 2018 and 2019. In 2004, Salaheddine became Minister of Industry, Trade and Economic Upgrading. After 2007, it was as Minister of Economy and Finance that he managed the effects of the global financial crisis on the Moroccan economy. Finally, in 2013, Salaheddine was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. He chaired COP 22 in Marrakech in 2016.

Donatienne Brillant

Director of France Public Affairs department

Donatienne leads the Public Affairs Department at Euros / Agency Group, where she leverages more than twenty years of experience at the heart of institutions, ministries, and consultancy.

Having worked at the French National Assembly, in several leading public affairs firms, and in senior positions at the Ministry of Ecology and Energy Transition—within both the DGITM and the General Secretariat of the Ministry of the Environment—she has built her expertise at the crossroads of public policy, stakeholder dialogue, and organizations’ strategic challenges.

She has advised major corporations, companies, professional federations, and associations in key sectors such as energy, transport, finance, agri-food, and the circular economy. At the head of firms such as Boury, Tallon & Associés and Séance Publique, she managed consulting teams and oversaw major client portfolios, combining strategic vision with operational efficiency. Today, she brings this experience to Euros / Agency Group, transforming regulatory and institutional complexity into actionable levers and sustainable influence strategies. As a recognized expert in political, parliamentary, and administrative processes, she supports executives and organizations in developing public affairs strategies, building coalitions, expanding networks, and understanding the dynamics of influence.

Holding a degree in European Affairs, Donatienne is passionate about politics, public debate, and international affairs. She furthered her training with a program in managerial finance at the London School of Economics, enhancing her ability to articulate political, economic, and reputational issues. Committed to promoting gender equality, she also applies her expertise to major societal causes.

Sophie Ribault

Managing Partner

Sophie runs the iconic PR agency specialising in lifestyle and restaurants.

When she joined Woki Toki in 2016, Sophie Ribault already had a solid track record in the lifestyle sector, having started her career in 2007: Galeries Lafayette, BMRP, the Cyril Lignac Group, iTEM and Pascale Venot. Throughout her career, she has worked with numerous prestigious houses, media personalities, Michelin-starred chefs and luxury hotels, as well as small artisans and mass-market brands. Alongside Pauline Mayot, founder of Woki Toki, she has developed a distinctly urban image for the food sector. Among her successes are Dumbo, The French Bastards, Bao Family and the Maslow Group. Whilst driving the growth of this booming restaurant sector, Woki Toki has raised the profile of major names such as Mumm, Lenôtre, Pierre Marcolini and the Taste of Paris gastronomic festival. Since 2023, the agency has been moving upmarket, working with Michelin-starred establishments such as La Chèvre d’Or, Fleur de Loire and La Mirande. Sophie has successfully positioned Woki Toki as a key player amongst PR agencies in the catering and food sectors. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to act as a genuine advisor to the agency’s clients. She approaches every project with care and dedication, guiding her clients towards meaningful and sustainable success.

In 2019, Sophie took over the management of Woki Toki following Pauline’s departure. She became a managing partner in 2022 after the agency was acquired by Euros / Agency Group.

Gilles Savary

Senior Advisor

A former MEP and French MP, Gilles Savary is widely recognized and respected for his expertise.

A former member of the Socialist Party’s national council, Gilles was regional councillor and vice-president of the Aquitaine regional council from 1998 to 1999, before being elected MEP in 1999. Re-elected in 2004, he spent six years as Vice-Chairman of the European Parliament’s Transport and Tourism Committee. He was rapporteur for several major legislative projects, including the major rail reforms, the Single European Sky and the European Aviation Safety Agency. Until 2004, he also chaired the intergroup on aeronautics and space issues.
General Councillor for Gironde from 2004 to 2013, he was also Vice-Chairman of the Gironde General Council. In 2009, the European Commission appointed him coordinator of a major trans-European transport network project (PP22), the Rostock-Constantza-Piraeus railroad line, which crosses seven European Union member states. In February 2010, Jean-Louis Borloo, Minister of Transport and Sustainable Development, appointed him mediator in a dispute involving DGAC (Direction Générale Aviation Civile) personnel.
Elected deputy for Gironde in 2012, he joined the French National Assembly’s Committee for Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development and Committee for European Affairs. Rapporteur for the railways law of August 4, 2014 and author of the law against unfair social competition (posted workers) in 2014, he was also thematic rapporteur for the Macron law of 2015. He chaired the Conseil supérieur de l’aviation civile, an advisory body reporting to the Minister of Transport, and co-chaired the Association Avenir Transports with Alain Gest, former MP for Amiens.

Johanna Vogel

Account Director

With nearly 10 years' experience in PR, Johanna has an excellent grasp of press relations and digital communications.

Throughout her career, Johanna has worked with prestigious brands in a variety of sectors: tech (Google, Amazon, Fujifilm, Visa, Snapchat, iRobot, TCL, Neato), fashion (Elite, Dr. Martens, Casio), sport (New Balance, L’Usine, Helly Hansen), cosmetics (Weleda) and food (Mondelēz, Carte Noire, Wattwiller). She has always been able to propose tailor-made strategies, adapted to the specific challenges of each activity, with a solutions-oriented approach.
Specialising in lifestyle communications for consumer brands, she has in-depth expertise in public relations, influence, social networks and events. She puts these skills to work for Euros / Agency Group clients such as Booking.com and Vinted, and also manages crisis situations.
Outside of work, she is a keen runner, especially when it comes to running towards the sea.
Johanna holds a Master’s degree in public relations and events from ISCOM, and previously took a preparatory course in classics.

Christian Rodriguez

Senior Advisor

Army General and Former Director General of the National Gendarmerie

Graduate of the École spéciale militaire de Saint-Cyr (Lieutenant-Colonel Gaucher class, 1983–1986), trained at the National Gendarmerie Officers’ School (EOGN) in Melun, alumnus of the Joint Defence College (1998–1999) and participant in the Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN) in 2005
Christian Rodriguez began his career in 1987 as a platoon commander in the Dijon mobile gendarmerie squadron. He then took command of the Thionville squadron in 1990, participating in law enforcement operations in Corsica and New Caledonia. In 1993, he commanded the Pornic departmental gendarmerie company for three and a half years. He then continued his career in various command positions, notably in Haute-Savoie and Corsica.

In 1996, he joined the general management of the National Gendarmerie, where he was in charge of officer training policy. In 1999, he joined the National Gendarmerie’s forward planning centre. From 2007 to 2010, he served in the office of the Director General of the Gendarmerie. In 2013, he was appointed Gendarmerie Advisor in the office of the Minister of the Interior, a position in which he was confronted with the wave of Islamist attacks in 2015-2016.

Promoted to brigadier general in 2013, Christian Rodriguez became major general in 2016. On 1 September 2016, he was promoted to lieutenant general and appointed major general of the National Gendarmerie, becoming the institution’s second-in-command.

On 1 November 2019, he was appointed Director General of the National Gendarmerie and promoted to Lieutenant General. His tenure has been marked by the management of major crises, notably the COVID-19 pandemic and security for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. He emphasises proximity to the population, digital development and infrastructure modernisation.

Honours: Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour (2023), Officer of the National Order of Merit (2012), National Gendarmerie Medal, National Defence Medal, bronze level, Internal Security Medal, gold level.
