Euros / Agency Group announces the arrival of Mathilde Bordron as Deputy Managing Director. With over twenty years of experience in leading agencies in Paris and Brussels, her mission will be to assist Mathieu Collet, President and Founder, in the direction of the business divisions, global management, and the steering of strategic key accounts.
As part of the group’s new phase of growth, Mathilde Bordron joins the general management to strengthen the agency’s structure and operational excellence. In this capacity, she will oversee all expertise divisions: the French Public Affairs department led by Donatienne Brillant, the Communication divisions (Crisis, Corporate, Corpsumer) managed by Jérémy Seeman, as well as the Brussels office led by Thomas Murray.
Mathilde Bordron will work in close synergy with the group’s partners, notably Jonathan Bros, Vice-President, who orchestrates the development aspect. Her arrival is part of the agency’s desire to consolidate its integrated model and offer high-level support to the group’s clients.
An expert in reputation management and complex issues
Before joining Euros / Agency Group, Mathilde Bordron held management positions within reference structures such as FleishmanHillard, Omnicom PR Group, Saper Vedere, and more recently Edelman, where she headed the health division.
Throughout her career, both in agencies and in communication management, she has designed and deployed major campaigns for organizations in various sectors, including agriculture, agri-food, and health. This background has allowed her to acquire significant experience in strategy, public affairs, external and internal communication, as well as stakeholder and civil society engagement.
Her hybrid profile, which also includes a mastery of social media and digital, is a major asset for supporting the evolution of the agency’s professions. A graduate of ESC Toulouse and ISIT, and a lecturer at CELSA, Mathilde Bordron brings a complete and transversal vision of the consulting professions, from the most technical dimension of public affairs to the most creative aspects of communication.
Mathieu Collet, President and Founder of Euros / Agency Group, states: “Mathilde’s arrival corresponds to a new chapter and the deployment of our ambitious strategy towards 2030. We are undertaking operational strengthening with a significant seniorisation of our management, the transformation of our professions with AI and the upheavals in our economic and political ecosystems, the extension of our capabilities to pilot strategic key accounts, and the pursuit of our international openness. Above all, it is about consolidating and amplifying our market lead in the crucial articulation between public affairs and communication.”
Mathilde Bordron, Deputy Managing Director, adds: “I am very happy to join Euros / Agency Group at a key moment in its development. The agency has managed to build a unique position in the market by breaking down the silos between influence and communication with remarkable agility. I am eager to work alongside Mathieu, Jonathan, and all the teams to structure this growth, meet the challenges of our clients in a changing world, and proudly carry the ambitions of the 2030 plan.”
