A seasoned traveler, Philippine has refined her expertise in public affairs through her international experiences

A Canadian by adoption, Philippine studied public and international affairs at the University of Montreal before joining the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. During this time, she worked on the development of Quebec’s construction regulations.

After a few years in Canada, she decided to move to Paris to join Euros Agency’s Public Affairs team, working with clients in the digital (infrastructure and usage), mobility, agri-food and medico-social sectors.

Philippine graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science, specializing in the European Union, from ESPOL. This program deeply immersed her in European issues, equipping her with a profound understanding of the interplay between public affairs in Brussels and Paris.
