Hugo joined Euros / Agency Group after a number of experiences in the field of parliamentary affairs.

With a passion for parliamentary affairs, Hugo completed an internship with the Foreign Affairs Committee of the French National Assembly. He then joined the General Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Francophonie, where he had the opportunity to work on issues relating to digital regulation within the French-speaking world.

Also interested in diplomacy and international relations, Hugo has worked at the French Embassy in Morocco and the French Institute in Pondicherry.

With a background in literature (hypokhâgne/khâgne), Hugo is a graduate of the Ecole normale supérieure – PSL and the Université Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne in history, international relations and public affairs.
