Donatienne leads the Public Affairs Department at Euros / Agency Group, where she leverages more than twenty years of experience at the heart of institutions, ministries, and consultancy.
Having worked at the French National Assembly, in several leading public affairs firms, and in senior positions at the Ministry of Ecology and Energy Transition—within both the DGITM and the General Secretariat of the Ministry of the Environment—she has built her expertise at the crossroads of public policy, stakeholder dialogue, and organizations’ strategic challenges.
She has advised major corporations, companies, professional federations, and associations in key sectors such as energy, transport, finance, agri-food, and the circular economy. At the head of firms such as Boury, Tallon & Associés and Séance Publique, she managed consulting teams and oversaw major client portfolios, combining strategic vision with operational efficiency. Today, she brings this experience to Euros / Agency Group, transforming regulatory and institutional complexity into actionable levers and sustainable influence strategies. As a recognized expert in political, parliamentary, and administrative processes, she supports executives and organizations in developing public affairs strategies, building coalitions, expanding networks, and understanding the dynamics of influence.
Holding a degree in European Affairs, Donatienne is passionate about politics, public debate, and international affairs. She furthered her training with a program in managerial finance at the London School of Economics, enhancing her ability to articulate political, economic, and reputational issues. Committed to promoting gender equality, she also applies her expertise to major societal causes.
