Job Description

The Adviser will be integrated in the EUPA (European Affairs Department of the Group) of the Brussels office. He or she will assist the team in developing and implementing European public affairs and communication campaigns for the agency’s clients: governments, companies, associations and other organizations with an international dimension.

He or she will be supported by a team of about fifteen people under the supervision of the manager of the department. 

Within a fast-growing agency, he or she will be responsible of the following: 

  • Monitoring EU legislative and regulatory developments
  • Writing reports, briefing notes, letters and any type of communication materials
  • Formulating recommendations for engagement with European stakeholders
  • Participating in client meetings and in the development of business proposals

Required profile

You have an excellent understanding of the European political environment, its stakeholders and the decision-making process.

Required qualities 

  • Native Dutch or German, fluent English and intermediate level of French required 
  • Autonomy, rigor, eye for detail, initiative 
  • Curiosity for European and business-related news
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Team spirit



  • At least 6 months experience in European public affairs (in an agency or in a company) 
  • Experience in a European institution (e.g. European Parliament or Commission) appreciated


Academic background

  • At least a Master’s degree in political science, business, law, journalism or other related subjects.
