Job Description

The main mission of the Development division is to design and deploy the group’s prospecting strategies and to coordinate responses to the calls for tenders to which the agency responds. The Development department intern will work on all the agency’s commercial development issues alongside all of the agency’s divisions (CORP, BRAND, PA, EUPA).

His/her function will involve working on the reflection and creation of corporate communication, public affairs or crisis strategies for prospects from various sectors such as the digital economy, transport and mobility, gastronomy, real estate, media, food processing, etc. The working languages, both written and spoken, are 50% English and 50% French.

Within a fast-growing agency, he or she will also participate in the development of the client portfolio for the clusters based in the Paris office.

The main tasks of the consultant are as follows:

  • Elaboration of prospect analysis documents (in-depth analysis of the brand, market, competition, consumer trends, etc.)
  • Coordination of the agency’s teams participating in the call for tenders: teams from the various divisions, strategic planning, social/digital/CRM, etc.
  • Assistance in the elaboration of recurrent development documents (agency presentation, application form…)
  • Participation in the various key stages of a call for tenders :
  • Preparation of prospect meetings
  • Note debriefing of scoping meetings
  • Follow-up of the development of commercial proposals
  • Preparation of presentation materials
  • Writing of content elements (briefings, articles, etc.)
  • Media monitoring, job nominations, fundraising, startup ecosystem news
  • Support for the development of the Paris office’s commercial portfolio

 

Required profile

With good writing skills, a thorough knowledge of the economic-political landscape and the workings of the media, you already have a first experience of at least six months in an agency, a law firm or with the advertiser. You are organized and have already contributed to one or more projects involving a multi-channel approach: media relations, relations with influential personalities, management of social networks, etc. You are passionate about the consulting profession and you have an appetite for commercial development issues. You are familiar with prospecting approaches and monitoring trends and sectors. Last but not least, you are friendly and want to take part in a collective adventure.

  • Excellent command of English (essential)
  • Organized, you excel in project management and time management.
  • You know how to adapt, move projects forward with team spirit.
  • Mastery of Powerpoint, Excel and G Suite tools
  • Curiosity, good knowledge of current events, trends, creativity
  • Good writing skills, impeccable spelling
  • You have very good analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
  • Autonomy, initiative, rigour and teamwork habits

Experience

  • First 6-month internship experience in an agency, in a firm or at the advertiser’s.
  • Studies
  • At least one current postgraduate degree (Master’s) in a business school, IEP or university, specializing in Communication/Marketing or Political Science.
