As public affairs professional, Valentin advises his clients on EU public policy and regulations for the EUPA department.

Whether in transport, tech or energy, Valentin uses his knowledge of the European institutions and of influence in politics to provide tailored support to suit each client.

Having worked in a French government agency and a public affairs consultancy in Paris, Valentin understands the value of the bringing together the public and private spheres, developing a particular interest in the transport and agri-food sectors along the way.

Valentin holds a degree in Law and Political Science and a Master’s degree in National and European Public Affairs from the Institut Catholique de Paris, a university where he took part in association life and organised model united nations conferences. 

Although born in Paris, Valentin spent much of his youth living in Singapore where he developed a passion for South East Asia. He speaks French and English.
