After having tried her hand at internal communication directly with an advertiser, Olivia decided to return to the agency modele in the context of her final year of work-study in Management, Marketing and Communication of Luxury Goods at Sup de Pub Paris.
Olivia has a double-hatted profile due to her academic and professional background: first of all, she graduated with a Master 2 in Strategy and Political Public Decision, and then, as her professional experiences progressed, she decided to turn to communication. She started her career at Shan agency, as a junior consultant. Wishing to try out different aspects of the communication field in order to make a well-considered professional choice, she then joined the Risk Department of Crédit Agricole France as an internal communication officer.
Also, her two years of preparatory classes allowed her to perfect her fluency in English and Spanish, as well as her knowledge of geopolitics and public affairs. Her three years of study at the Institut Supérieur de Management Public et Politique (ISMaPP) also allowed her to refine her knowledge and skills in political and crisis communication.
