ISSUES
Microsoft solicited Euros / Agency Africa in the context of the promulgation of the law on cyber security in Morocco. In this context of legal evolution on the digital questions, Microsoft wished to inquire about the contents and the effects of the decree of application. This includes an analysis of the issue of data domiciliation and Microsoft’s cloud solutions, and their relevance to the Moroccan market.
